I am always impressed with the hospitality of hotels in Indonesia, but I thought that Aston Pasteur pushed it up to another level. My peers and I were so impressed with particularly the staff at the hotel. Something is done right, I believe. The staff is top notch professional. All of them (not one or two) are serving guests from their hearts. The breakfast spread is impressive. You have a free flowing fresh juice bar. And there are staff walking around asking guests if they would like some omelette. The location to me is great! It is in a quiet area, not busy as the shopping districts but at the same not far from tourist attractions (with transportation). But if you ask me. What makes this hotel special. I would say again and again- it is the staff. (We checked in into a hotel in Jakarta, after Aston, and we felt neglected. That is how much the staff at Aston has pampered us. All the best, Aston Pasteur. InsyaAllah, see you again in the near future!

Hotel location in Bandung was very good - on the main road but a bit away from city bustle. Very close to a nice mall where we went for dinner in the night we arrived from Jakarta. The hotel is also a short taxi ride from the Bandung railway station from where we travelled to the hotel. The room (family room) was excellent with two beds - one large & one single for our comfortable stay with family (my wife & son). The breakfast spread was very good. The bathroom was spacious & good. The room had a nice view of the road outside.

The breakfast was superb!! I really love the breakfast spread at this hotel. Taste was really good. They even have sandwich corner where you can order sandwich to your liking. But the next day they changed the sandwich corner to bread toast. I managed to get their specialty "Roti Bakar Bandung" which is very delicious. And for the kids corner, they even have yogurt ice cream with strawberry syrup topping, candies spread, and cotton candy!! They served cotton candy upon request. The kids really enjoy the breakfast here.

Our stay at this spacious, immaculate hotel was fantastic. The staff were exceptional, making our early morning check-in smooth and welcoming. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection, catering to all tastes. Our room was both clean and roomy, with outstanding housekeeping services. The hotel's location is conveniently close to a mall, making it easy to catch a taxi or explore the area. Thank you for a wonderful experience; we loved our stay!

I also like that the room can be dark during the night - make it easier for sleep. TV has many channels and good reception. Wifi is also strong. Breakfast has many variety, my mum enjoys the breakfast very much. Staff is also very helpful with my mum in wheel chair.
